Retail FOCUS is an integrated store floor and shelf space maintenance solution, designed to manage the process of developing and executing merchandising initiatives as efficiently as possible.  Its embedded AutoCAD^® environment integrates with current planning, development and construction processes.

In addition to the features and benefits provided by Retail FOCUS, Retail FOCUS Merchandiser provides a photo-realistic interface for retailers to visually manage fixturing, category, planogram and product merchandising in a 3-D, walk-through environment.

Retail FOCUS in store and field operations modules provide web-based, real-time store level access to electronic store inquiry, surveying, merchandising change communication and store floor plan maintenance.  In either wired or wireless formats, these modules support real time communication between head office and stores and allow retailers the flexibility of choosing the functionality facilitated at store level.

1. eViewer offers store level personnel a store-specific graphical view of pending merchandising changes and allows for detailed inquiry and reporting based on user-specified metrics.
   
   
2. eMaintenance facilitates communication between head office and local store merchandising teams of store specific graphical views of pending merchandising changes. This enables stores to adjust workload and workflow in advance of resource requirements.
   
   
3. eMerchandiser links store and field personnel with central store plans, fixturing, planograms and product data. It allows associates to develop and maintain store-specific fixturing and planogram data, including locally managed assortments, in real time.
   
   
4. eDesigner offers store and field personnel the ability to create and maintain AutoCAD^® compliant store plans, replacing the need for paper-based store surveys.

eReporting utilizes an OEM web report server that processes reports, handles database and user interactions and presents reports in HTML.  These powerful reports significantly extend the user base with access to Retail FOCUS space/performance reports.

Store Surveying defines each store’s merchandisable and non-merchandisable space and fixture inventory, down to the last base plate, shelf and spine is accomplished according to the retailer’s resource requirements.
